Hovering over menu options made weird noises only out of left ear, voices only came out of the left ear. Could not control the volume at all with the in game volume options. Installed fixes from PCGamingWiki, did not fix the issue, tried the missing sounds fix by "-3xA'Lu©κy the disappearing act" on the Steam community forums and that didn't work either.
