The settings have issues persisting. I have to set Vsync and sometimes Fullscreen again after getting into the game. They will be enabled in the main menu however after loading into an actual game Vsync is always off and needs to be re-enabled.
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Weird stuttering when running 4k. It reports 60fps but has an odd choppiness to it. 1440p runs perfectly.

Seems to work just fine out of the box with default settings.
