It was working fine before the Mesa update. Probly should just work fine on SteamOS/SteamDeck and other distros or Debian 12 .

I need to use tgis custom launch parameters to get the game working :

Since Mesa v25 update, the game can't be launch from the game setup&launcher. It's necessary to workaround using special launch parámeters . I recomend using anyone from this :
eval $(echo "%command%" | sed "s/SETUPAPPLICATION SOVIET\.exe/SOVIET\.exe/")
eval $(echo "%command%" | sed "s/SETUPAPPLICATION SOVIET\.exe/SOVIET64\.exe/")
If you desired to use mangohud, or gamescope + mangohud, I suggest doing this (change to your monitor resolution) :
eval $(echo "mangohud %command%" | sed "s/SETUPAPPLICATION SOVIET\.exe/SOVIET64\.exe/")
eval $(echo "gamescope -f -W 2560 -H 1440 --mangoapp -- %command%" | sed "s/SETUPAPPLICATION SOVIET\.exe/SOVIET64\.exe/")
To use only gamescope (change to your monitor resolution) :
eval $(echo "gamescope -f -W 2560 -H 1440 -- %command%" | sed "s/SETUPAPPLICATION SOVIET\.exe/SOVIET64\.exe/")
This game need a way to launch it directly bypassing the game setup&launcher.
