after doing these tinker steps. this would be significantly easier to enjoy. without these, pvp/pve servers would be unable to play well.
One half of the screen would be all the light in the scene, then the other half would be all the darkness in the scene, turning of hardware anti-aliasing fixed that issue.
Randomly during battles in towns, massive lagspikes would happen, they would be kind of rare, but this didn't happen on windows when i was on it on the same hardware.
without using proton ge you'd get significant model issues with grass and flowers and sometimes rocks. they would float with you if you moved around or in the GM camera mode. using proton ge fixed a lot of that problem.
i renamed the exe's to something else then changed "Fallout4.exe" to "Fallout4launcher.exe" to skip the launcher.
