Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: proton-cachyos, Set launch options

Tried launching without any custom launch options first, but kept getting the paradox launcher installation over and over again. Got it working by using the custom launch option from user "punkgeek".

Worked right out of the box. Settings on Ultra by default, increased refresh rate to unlimited (monitor@165hz), runs smooth so far.
