Hard Reset Redux
Once I figured out that I needed to enable NVAPI, the game ran smoothly. Before that, I would barely get 30fps at the game start screen.
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: Proton 8.0-4, Set launch options, Media Foundation DLL
PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 gamemoderun %command%
Significant Bugs:Yes
Cutscene videos won't play or play with audio only
