Set refresh rate to 40, decreased draw distance to about half, and set water detail to low. Used about 9-10 watts.
Changed left touchpad to left stick, otherwise it's easy to accidentally quit to menu because the dpad does that for some reason.
The screen was initially very zoomed in, but it's possible to navigate to the in-game settings and set it to fullscreen which fixes it.
Sometimes stutters, decreasing draw distance helps this.

Setting certain options like VSync and Triple Buffering caused flickering, solved by disabling those settings.
I'm running Wayland on propietary Nvidia drivers which currently has pretty bad flickering problems in several games due to framerate-related...things (not exactly clear what). However, I only noticed in this game after setting the options above and it went away after disabling those again. I was able to play online for several matches without any real issues aside from that.
Offline modes seem OK, getting polygon explosions and unstability when attempting to play online.

I noticed some crackling at some point after experiencing the graphical glitches. That was much less frequent however.
Offline modes run smoothly at max graphics settings but online was extremely laggy and unstable.
Crashes eventually due to polygon explosions, weird lighting glitches, textures going missing, etc.
The only direct multiplayer I tried was actually one sucessful set against a friend in the Battle Hub, but all my attempts to spectate matches or generally exist in the hub eventually ended with graphical glitches and a crash. Haven't tried direct online matches through the Fighting Ground but I don't want to risk being penalized for disconnecting.
I seem to be getting the weird polygon explosions (among other graphical glitches) when going online as some others have pointed out here, which is weird because the demo ran flawlessly for me and offline modes seem to be stable. I tried using different Proton versions, command line options and graphics settings to no avail. I'm somewhat curious if this issue only affects the Battle Hub and not the online mode in Fighting Ground since I have a feeling it's a problem with the open world-type areas in the game, but for now I'm just playing the game on Steam Deck while holding out for a definite fix for PC.
You need to manually set a Proton version to launch the game, but it runs fine after that.
Face button mappings are incorrect but can be changed in-game.
Slight slowdown in some areas.
