TDP and GPU Clock Speed Changes for Saving Battery
Set a TDP limit of 4 and GPU Clock Speed Frequency of 800 to add up to 3 hours of battery life.

Set refresh rate/FPS limit to 50. GPU Clock Speed Frequency to 700.
Some minor stuttering when loading into new areas.
This game runs so well on the Deck, no tweaks are really needed. The ones I did use improved battery life by around half an hour to an hour and made the stuttering a little better. The vibrant plugin set at around 130-140 helps a TON too.

Install d3dcompiler_47 dll and set prefix to Windows 7
Refresh rate at 50hz/FPS and Low quality settings
Installing the d3dcompiler_47 dll with protontricks fixed this.
Some slight stuttering when in matches, but still definitely playable.
Again, some minor stutters, but nothing game breaking.
When loading it up using no forced compatibility, the game will crash. Proton GE 7-33 fixed this, but textures were missing and couldn't connect to servers. Using Protontricks fixed as detailed fixed this! It was figured out over on our Twitter (https://twitter.com/SteamDeckHQ) thanks to @_technoble.
Our recommended build has a 50 FPS cap with everything on high except for shadows and effects quality on medium, as well as FSR Sharpness 1, TDP limit of 8, and 1152x720 resolution. Gets around 3.5+ hours of battery!
Coming into new areas dropped framerate down a bit, but this didn't last long at all.
