Baldur's Gate 3
Runs just fine out of the box. Got a stable 90fps on Ultra with DLSS balanced, without issues.
Tinker Steps:Set launch options
PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 mangohud %command% --skip-launcher
I chose DX11 on first start from the launcher, then added --skip-launcher for subsequent launches. To be honest, performance, look&feel are identical to running it on Windows 10, which I installed it on first (on the same machine)

Thought I'd provide a more recent report than the ones already here, since there have been lots of updates in the meantime. Conclusion is the same: This game just works beautifully out of the box
