Crashed a lot on Proton7-06
Stability is an issue on Proton 7-06 with constant crashing every 20 to 30 minutes.However, I experienced no crashes in 10+ hours of play using Proton-GE7-50.
Performance is a mostly stable 60FPS but it can drop to the mid--to-low 50s during fast open world travel and there was a visual glitch during the killer croc fight.
Overall a great experience when using Proton-GE
Set FPS 45 FPS and set a fixed TWattage and GPU clock will get rid of stutters
Set 45 FPS and lowered to TPD 9 Watts and 900mhz GPU clock
I experienced a lot of stuttring during scene changes and fast transistions with default settings. After lowering the FPS a bit setting a fixed TDP/GPU this issues went away completely
Played to completion without major bugs or performance issues. Note: You can press the GPU quite low (>1000mhz) while still running at a perfect 60FPs to extend battery life.
Added missing Actions like Quick Save & Load
With the current default proton the game freezes during startup plays great with 6-3-8 though
Pinned GPU and enabled FSR
Pin GPU to a certain frequency to avoid lag spikes, have a more stable performance and avoid sudden frame drops. Can be pushed to a stable 40 FPS experience except for select instances by enabling FSR
