It's a really fun and addicting game. Most menus work as expected with the default controller configuration, other than quitting the game.
About 3 hrs of battery life by disabling framerate, Allowing Tearing, with a TDP limit of 7 watts.
In the main menu, you need to either use trackpad bound to left mouse click or the touch screen to go back to lobby or quit. The pause menu is not controller friendly.
At the beginning of levels and the beginning of the lobby there's a bit of lag but it disperses pretty quickly.
In the end, it's a way better version of the first surgeon simulator game. The game is a battery hog and resource intensive but it runs great. A few laggy spots at the beginning of any level but after a few seconds that goes away. It's probably one of my favorite Bossa games right now, as a matter of fact.

Game crashes with Steam Overlay. After disable steam overlay or using BigPicture mode, game works perfectly
Disable steam overlay or use BigPicture mode
Crashes on startup with a 75% chance, periodically crashes in game
Gain some FPS using the OpenGL API compared to DXVK
Using gamemode and mangohud
Some key configuration is forgotten after closing the game
Slowdown in the main menu room because of the lights. I run the game with minimum graphics settings, in windowed, in 1280x720
It launch out of the box, somewhat playable but I got 1-10 fps compared to 50-60 fps on windows
1-10 fps in fullscreen, 1-4 fps in windowed
1-10 fps
