Control Layout Customization:
When you launch the game, it will ask if the player would like a CRT filter. You need to map "y" or "n" to a button(e.g. I mapped "n" to L4, since I don't want the filter). After that, I honestly don't remember if I mapped the other controls manually, or if it just work with the k+m preset. In anyway, keyboard arrows to move(up for jumping), and "d" for attack. You can also map "j" to enable joystick, but I didn't test this option.
Battery Performance:
3W TDP, 200Hz GPU frequency.
Great Oscar Celestini art. Fun game all around.

Tested with a gamepad. Game works perfectly fine out of the box.
