The game drops under 30 when any transparency is on screen
The game runs okay out of the box, but any time there is transparency on screen (for instance when moving the camera through a character), the framerate suddenly drops form +40 to 25-30 fps. As such, it is preferable to lock the game at 30. It is possible to drop the resolution and use the OS FSR to gain a few fps, but the drops remain noticeable.
It's playable but not ideal. The game doesn't seem well optimized but remains a charming mess overall.
With ProtonGE works flawlessly. There's no need for any launch parameters and all the cutscenes are played fine.

- Game freezed when starting up game for the first time, showing the loading icon then getting stuck on a black screen. I was able to fix the issue by deleting all of the cutscene .mp4 files in
<installed drive>/steamapps/common/Wattam/Wattam_Data/Streaming Assets/Movies
This seems to be an issue with proton being unable to load the cutscene files (possibly due to h.264 encoding and playback in Unity), but I could be completely wrong.
Needed to add PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%
launch flag to prevent game from getting stuck while loading
Game runs with Esync disabled, video playback does not work and blackscreens the game in a point.
if you don't disable Esync game gonna be stuck at loading.
windowing slowed down the game a lot.
after going to talk to the book in the dungeon, video triggers and playback does not work so it get stuck in a blackscreen.

Sometime crashes during the first loading screen, other times it will be stuck loading forever at the same point.
