There's always a Mouse cursor in the upper felt of the Main Menu screen. You can safely ignore it, game uses the buttons like normal.
It just runs like most "RPG Maker" Games do.
I'd recomend going into the Performance tab, and turning FSR on at 5. Game is a little blurry without it. The Pixel setting also looks nice too.

The game runs, but crashes frequently, especially early on in the Guest Patio area. Granted it was on a weak Core2 Duo E8200, with OBS recording in the background with software encoding. Later on it is possible to play 1hour+ without a crash. Just save frequently. I have finished 3 scenarios out of the 4 possible. Since it is an RPG Maker VX Ace game, you should expect similar behavior on your system to other RPG Maker games.
