I capped the FPS at 60 and brightness down to halfway but certainly not necessary.
Desktop window popped up intially to choose resolution and change controls but I ignored both and clicked OK and then was given an official layout when I booted the game up.
Runs perfectly fine with no tinkering whatsoever, capped the FPS at 60 and played two levels, the framerate didn't dip whatsoever.
Figured I'd get a report out while this game is still on sale, glad I took the chance and it worked great.
