Pancake mode runs just fine.
Did not try VR mode; I don't have a VR headset.

Would not start
I could get Steam to say it was running, but it never actually loaded the game.

Eyes not calibrated properly when playing with Valve Index.
I could probably play VR if I closed one eye, but the offset was very nauseating. Playing without VR the game crashes on launch using proton experimental, 6.1-GE-2, 6.3-4, 5.13-6.
On start vm.exe causes high CPU load but not menu or intro even after 15 Mins.
Runs flawlessly. No issues at all. Proton 5.13-4, Valve Index, Ryzen 7 3700X, Radeon RX 6800 XT.
Yes - it was a painless experience
Tested in Steam using Proton 5.0-9. Performed very well though didn't play for long. There's a big emphasis on VR in this game, but I do not have a VR system to test with. Using Keyboard and mouse with no VR yielded no problems.

Ran with no issues. Very minor FPS stuttering during opening logo but after that ran at a smooth 60+ FPS through all of the tutorial and a few bot matches.

Starts up fine at first with horrible fps, using the WineD3D11 tweak fixes this issue and it's playable at all. On the downside that fix is causing heavy graphical artifacts in the game environment while your cockpit and enemy units appear like they should- so yeah it's okay if you can get used to it but I wouldn't recommend it.

Splash screen says "Failed to initialize graphics, Make sure you have Direct11 installed"
