Just configure everything you want from the Confit.ini file, the mouse is bugged in the menu, but you can save and load normally, the Confit.ini is quite really easy to read and configure the way you need/like.

Bounds where incorrect but just in the menus, but setting gamescope made it ate least usable, the gameplay was normal.
The game seems a homage to the 1997 game Blood but using an engine ressembling the first Doom, the maps are interesting and the OST is good heavy metal, if you liked Blood and the first Doom you will probably like this game.
