It works with the Layout I made but it may not be peoples preferred method of playing the game.
I created this layout so that there is minimum mouse trackpad required. The face buttons have been reprogrammed to the keyboard buttons that are used in game.
The back buttons have been reprogrammed specifically for NPC interactions.
Most of the small text is from item descriptions and some other text that isn't the most important to the story. After the first hour or so in game, this does not become a problem.
Overall I had a find time playing this game but I'll say that due to the game being designed for mouse and keyboard, it wasn't the best experience especially since I find using the trackpad for mouse control to be uncomfortable for long periods of time.
I found that when running the game, the deck did great on power consumption and I never even heard the fans start to run.
Overall this game is playable but you'll have to memorize the control scheme to get the most enjoyment out of this game.
