Ultra low settings, about 50-55fps
no problems with multiplayer
The game gets decent performance, still very enjoyable, and I recommend using a kb and mouse since on controller its awful in my opinion. I got about 2 hours and 30 minutes untill it hit 7% battery

Needed to use Keyboard/Mouse on launch to selet proper resolution. Ater that, controls can be switched back to default gamepad.
I was able to launch Discord and play with friends for hours at a time.

Overall a great experience, As long as you're ok with tinkering with settings to get it running well.
Lowering resolution with FSR vastly improved performance.
No issues with multiplayer.

mighta just changed some of the keys
I played on a monitor but even in 800p stuff was still hard to see
think it dipped down to like 40 at worst
not any problems that I noticed at least

40 FPS
Stupid default Unity launcher baloney
Almost all of it
Constant frame drops at minimum graphics settings
Legitimately crashes every 5 minutes or so, haven't been able to save the game it's so bad
"Playable" rating is a really funny joke. This game crashes constantly. Unless you love reliving the plane crash all the time, this is completely unplayable. To be fair this isn't really Proton's fault, The Forest is just an amazingly shitty game that just can't run for more than 5 seconds on any PC under $5,000. The fact they charge money for this is hilarious.

ran over 60fps at max. est batt was close to 3hrs with 60fps capped in my test.
Runs very well on default settings. Controller input issues are minimal, mostly due to the games control scheme.
Very little control changes needed, mostly just for comfort. Added a left track-pad radial menu for hotbar.
Very good experience. Some lag, especially in places where large player-msde structures are present. But in a local co-op game, it is quite acceptable.
No real tinkering needed, this one runs great out of the box, as long as you're willing to take a few minutes to set up configs!
45fps Refresh Rate
[STEAM] + TouchPad controls ruined controller detection requiring a relaunch. The Touch Screen itself functions perfectly.
Game was installed on a microSD card. Consistent crashing occurred only upon using the Axe. I moved the game to internal storage and the problem resolved.
Limit FPS to 45
Could not load a save game from steam cloud saves.
Could not load a save game from steam cloud saves.
Limited fps to 30
Need to use touch screen on launch window
Game runs well, does not quite reach 60fps on medium graphics, limited to 30fps for a smooth experience. Controls displayed as Xbox. Controls take a little getting used to, but workable.
