Edited the "acsetup.cfg" to switch the "gfxdriver" from "D3D9" to "DX5" (also available over the winsetup.exe file)

Needs PROTON_USE_WINED3D to get round the GetFrontBufferData failed error
On start, the game throws an error saying "GetFrontBufferData failed", which appears to be related to DirectX.
Temporarily adding "--setup" under Launch Options allowed changing the rendering engine from DirectX to DirectDraw, after which the game starts and appears to work fine.

Runs great - No tweaks needed - Tested at 1920 x 1080

Works great. As the other comment suggests, you can run with the launch option "--setup" to change the settings. I'm using 4x nearest neighbour filter and fullscreen. This seems to correct some strange mouse behavior.

Add '--setup' to the launch options, then select windowed mode, plus you're preferred scale multiplier.
