I am actually shocked by how well this game works on Linux. It's better than Windows, as it actually saves your graphics settings!
Touch input from my monitor (Dell 24 Touch USB-C Hub Monitor - P2424HT) is wildly inaccurate. Keyboard and mouse inputs function normally.
Continuing from the main menu works fine, but any pictures that were taken before transferring to a new PC using Steam Cloud are lost, essentially removing a portion of your in-game notes and preventing backtracking.
framerate is unstable
Previous glitches now fixed again in 5.13-1
Missing textures when using Proton 5.0-9. Reverted to 4.11-13 and everything displays correctly
Missing textures (just white) in starting area and others. Characters do not have faces

Movement, resolutions adjustment, audio, saving, she works. Ah the memories.

Tested with multiple versions of Proton; only 3.7-8 Beta actually runs past the intro/logo clips. Gameplay seems fine, until reaching the first scripted animation sequence, involving the first character seen face-to-face in the game (guessing Yeesha). At this point, while the character is rendered and the camera pans around as though following a moving target and the music rises and falls seemingly to fit words being spoken at each corresponding point in the script, the character itself doesn't actually move and the voiceover doesn't play. Additionally, the controls are disabled at the start of this sequence, and never reactivate after. Thus, the game is unplayable at this point.

nice

Most of the game was not tested, but what was tested worked perfectly. I strongly recommend increasing the resolution in the settings.
