Ignore my last report - turns out NTFS drives are an issue, and moving to my main drive fixed...everything. Game runs as everyone else now - awesome. nb. often i also disable steams screen recording, but this is across many games to fix fullscreen/cursor issues.
Tried various proton versions, protontricks, and some flags i use for other games, not booting at all on any of them.

This verification confirms that Solar Punk can be reliably played on Arch Linux systems without requiring complex configurations or workarounds. This positive result contributes to a growing library of verified Linux-compatible titles, offering users on this platform a seamless gaming experience. Further testing on other Linux distributions may provide a more comprehensive overview of the game's cross-platform compatibility.

Failed to enter the game as UE5 crashes
Game crashed with error: "Assertion failed: IsValidIndex(Index) [File:D:\build++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Public\Containers\UnrealString.h] [Line: 219] String index out of bounds: Index 0 from a string with a length of 0"
Works perfectly out of the box, very stable and runs well.
Runs out of the box, looking forward for the full release
