Seems to work fine. Do note that Wayland is a must - X11 does not seem to be supported.

Game MUST be run through Wayland - X11 seems to not be supported. If you're having issues, this may be your smoking gun.

Noticed issues vertically scaling in the editor, but to be completely honest, that might be a skill issue.

The game runs fine on deck. I found no real issues with it.

Control Layout:Switch To Gamepad With Mouse Trackpad

Set click to mouse click instead of right stick click

Windowing:Other

Full screen is cuts off parts of the screen. Play in windowed mode

The VS mode is made for controller and works as intended with no changes to the controls. For the character creation mode I'd reccomend using a keyboard and mouse as its a bit awkward to use with trackpad mouse.

Unable to start application on Linux with default steam settings. UE4 Bug report immediately shows.

I am unfamiliar with tricks to make Windows games run on Linux. But the default settings for Steam to run Windows games on Linux, I couldn't run Smack Studio. A UE4 Bug report immediately shows upon starting the game.

Tinker Steps:Other

Increase the game resolution to 1080p in steam settings then change controller configs (making sure in game is set to full screen) then set it back to default resolution. It will then work fine.
