Runs great however when you zoom out fps drops to like 20-30 however I feel that is partially due to early access title.

Proton 9: all a-ok
need to add SHIFT and CTRL to the L4/L5 buttons, and ALT to R4. These are essential to mouse inputs. Also shortcutted M and CTRL-T to the face buttons to hotkey map and teleport, and set up the D-pad to be 1,2,9,0 for the camera controls. Next step is to write macros into a radial menu on the left trackpad.

Using my control scheme with the typical wasd+mouse input seems to work pretty well. I'm going to write macros to a left trackpad radial menu at some point to finish bringing in functionality.
Multiplayer works now. :D
Does work in Proton 8 and GE-Proton8 if you're just playing single player or joining other peoples servers but if you try to host a server then it won't appear for other players, however reverting to Proton7 fixes this issue.

After applying the fixes mentioned in this discussion: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1683150/discussions/0/4030223677060366489/ I was able to fix the black screen issue and run the game.
Without the fixes mentioned, I only saw a black screen after launching the game.

Runs perfectly. Haven't tried multiplayer.
Borked, stops at a black screen and doesn't launch
Tried changing the Proton version, bleeding edge Proton Experimental and it refuses to launch. Suspected intro movie, but there are no files to remove to force it to skip it and launch.
Hosting a multiplayer session does not work. When I host a game, others are unable to find it.
Singelplayer works really well! Multiplayer needs someone with a windows pc.
