Game works great on the steam deck using proton 9.0-4 game took along time to load ever after 100% was reached but the game eventually loaded and I was able to play with no issues.

Overall (online):Excellent
It took about a minute to start the game, but it ran Warlander on GE-Proton8-16. I think it is because the anti-cheat software has changed from Sentry to Denuvo. Thanks to the developers at Toylogic.
