The game itself runs like a charm, but the gamepad controls are strange and the game is unplayable for me because of that
Bind R3 to R4 for easier kicking, ENTER to R5 to skip intro videos
Initially I wrote a report where I suggested using KBM config. And then it came to my attention that enemy behavior is tweaked when you're playing on gamepad. It can be observed here:
So it's best to stick to official config, and adjust crosshair settings in the game.
Framerate is capped at 60 FPS, nothing can be done about that.
No need to adjust performance settings, LCD Deck battery lasts more than 6 hours.
Some text is a little small but its not too bad
Plays flawlessly with no changes to default settings. No need to change the controls like others have said, just keep your thumbs on the sticks at all times, its a fast paced game.
This game NEEDS the grip buttons to be playable - it's very much a "keep your thumbs on the sticks" game. Beyond that, the game supports full gamepad rebinding so it's all largely up to user preference.
Could probably limit wattage to save battery power. Haven't tested.
Aiming on the deck is just too difficult. Use a mouse if you can.
It is quite hard to aim with a controller. Use a mouse, really.
