It's playable, but I recommend using keyboard and mouse config as the gamepad one is broken
Some text is really small, but it's readable
I'm using PS4 controller and even with gamepad controls set in game options I got stuck on stances, when I wasn't able to confirm the tutorial popup.

Performs perfectly fine and buttons do their thing in controller mode. The UI just doesnt translate well to a controller.
Small fonts in general. Good contrast with rest of game though.
Using touch screen switches game to keyboard and mouse mode- buttons stop working unless you touch-screen back to settings and re-enable controller mode.
It's not broken or anything. It just isn't gamepad friendly as is. For that reason it's hard to recommend for Deck.
you have to manually change input on settings, just make sure you don't accidentally touch your screen, also its better to keep game as windowed.

Works out of the box
Works perfectly out of the box

Played through the entire game twice. Ran flawlessly both times.
Works fine for me if you don't mind using a mouse or if a flashing white screen doesn't bother you.
Text could be small for some.
It flashes white when changing scenes sometimes.
