I used the Protontricks Flatpack and the game was running on Proton Experimental To get the game working just follow these steps Steps:

1. Select Dungeon Dreams
2. Choose the "Select the default Wineprefix" option
3. Select "Run winecfg" and press the Ok button
4. In the Applications tab on the bottom there will be a box that will say Windows 10 press the arrow on the right to open the dropdown menu and then choose Windows XP
5. Go to the libraries tab and in the "New override for library box type winepulse.drv and press the add button.
6. After adding winepulse.drv click it and then press the edit button, there it will open a menu the option you need to select is the "Disable" option
7. Now do the same thing but instead add and disable winestreamer
8. Press Apply and then Ok
9. Play the game

The game runs fine it just needs a few proton "modifications" to get it running.
