Works out of box.
I ran through the entire game and little bit of the challenge mode (Just the beginnings of every selectable character mostly). Everything works as intended just like when I speedran the game back a couple of years ago.

Adjust sensibility to personal preference.
45FPS (90Hz display).
Some of the text in the character files is quite small. Irrelevant to gameplay.
When selecting an upgrade card after a wave, there's a chance (in my experience: <1 out 100) that the pointer may visually disappear. In such cases, I've always been able to select a desired upgrade card, but never to select the option to not purchase anything.
Should this ever overlap with a situation in which I don't have enough funds to purchase any of the upgrades, I would likely be stuck.
Just does not work, tried every Proton version
Change in official layout right TrackPad as something else other than left mouse click, game doesn't know what to do if you accidentally press at the same time TrackPad and trigger that are both set as left click.
40 FPS
It seems games aspect ratio is screws. Text seems to be uneven due to aspect ratio but still perfectly legible and main menu have cut of exit button. You can barely see it and press it though.
Perfect using Proton 7.0-3 flatpak community build.

Despite being marked as Unsupported, the game is running perfectly, didn't find any issue so far.
A part of the main menu is not visible tho, which could explain why Valve listed it as Unsupported.
Changing button layout is recommended for better confort.
Gameplay is fine, missing sound
No sound at all
