Certainly not the best game for gamepad controls, otherwise incredibly low battery consumption.

Game has mouse smoothing You cannot disable
Some more great boom shoot that works almost perfectly on Linux
Sometimes the game will freeze for a second when interacting with the menus, or from picking up blood gems and runes. The game also seems to have some kind of memory leak, where the game loses some frames and stutter becomes apparent. This mostly happens in the later episodes or after playing guardian mode where it can get especially bad.
But the issue seems to fix itself when restarting the game, though it will likely happen again eventually during long play sessions.
Aside from the suspected memory leak issue I mentioned, everything seems to be in perfect working order.
Works perfectly fine

Excellent experience, despite the small performance degradation. This game runs on potato hardware, on higher end hardward it will be fine.
About a 20% degradation to performance in comparison to Windows, still perfectly playable.
Runs flawlessly on the current Proton Experimental on some seriously old hardware. There is a performance difference between running it on Windows 10 and on Alma Linux (60 vs 40 fps at identical settings), but I suspect with a much beefier gpu the gap would narrow a lot. Keep in mind the HD4600 I am currently using is doing this with experiemental Vulkan 1.0 support.
Basically click and play. No performance issue, no controller issues. You can jump right into action.
Ran flawlessly out of the box.
flawless so far
runs great
Ran super smooth at 60fps when vsync on, otherwise with vsync off fps on main menu was >400

Borked
"Running" for a minute or so and then exits, wasn't able to launch the game.
