Bridge and menu scenes are extremely dark. Does not interfere with gameplay.
Tutorial dialogue does not have audio.

Campaign is not available.
Cannot launch any game mode other than Conquest. Attempting to select a fleet or create a new one causes no response. Conquest mode seems to work fine. Tutorial does not play voice lines.
Absolutely flawless. Using Proton-5.0-9 and the Valve Index VR headset.
If shadows are turned on, it slows a lot and starts making reprojections. Every other setting does not have an onservable impact on performance.
Only part of the tutorial audio played, making it difficult to follow as the text goes by fairly fast.
The game didn't load with proton 5.0-9 when I tried it, but no further attempt at tweaking was made as it does load and run fine with 4.11-13. Runs fine on medium graphics, though I haven't tried the shadows and weapon lights... it just didn't seem necessary for a game where I spend all my time looking at a holographic map.
This is a fun game, given its early-access state. I'm taking the time to post this report out of a desire to support development, hoping that other linux players will feel confident buying it knowing it can run via proton.
It's worth noting that while protondb lists this game as running native, I couldn't find anything to back that up. The system requirements on steam list windows as the only option, and the game does not load when run native through steam.
