Can't get past splash screen
Tried Proton Experimental and Proton 9, but both caused a hard crash of my machine. I could use the mouse but couldn't switch to another workspace or TTY. Ended up dropping a discord call, so probably a memory leak.

Played for several hours in multiplayer with no issues at all and no extra steps. I only used Experimental because that was what I was already on. 9.0-2 might work just as well.

It seems to funktion, but it wont let me play
The game installs and opens fine and you can navigate through the main menu, but once you open a submenu you can no longer interact with the game, such as the game files or configuration tabs. You can still scroll through the various game files, but nothing responds when you click on them.
On handheld mode it usually runs at around 50FPS

Multiplayer works nearly without issue. only had a client disconnect twice over 7 several hour sessions, so likely steam network issues rather than the game.

Screen darkens after selecting game save
Not totally sure why. I tried running with experiemntal, v8, and v7 and the issue persisted.
No problems what so ever

8 hours so far, running smoothly in multiplayer.

Can't play in current config. Proton 8.0 is borked in performance, and downgrading to 7.0 doesn't let you load saves. Bugged out.
Complete lag

If running 3440x1440 do not change resolution or it will require a re-install for it to find the native resolution again; appeared to be locked out of selecting anythign other than 2560x1440.
Proton 8.0.4 Just works, no tweaking needed. Have not tried multiplayer; only single player so far.
Everything seems to work just fine with no further tweaks, you will like it

Switching to Proton Experimental and it runs flawlessly, without experimental I couldn't enter the game from menu (create a new save).

Best Rogue like game for coop and multiplayer with friends I would defininetely recommend it for Linux. THe game has a lot of mechanics :0
Since I was using the Demo for testing I haven´t tried the multiplayer feature
Since I was playing the demo and this game hasn't released yet I try using the Proton 8.0-4 version of the compatibility menu on Steam. Basically works perfectly fine out of the box. Tutorial and everything really smooth. Only I had a minor inconvinience with audio crackling but that could be because I have 2 monitors and I had a second window playing a video of a streamer.
