Game runs without any issues (except Multimonitor Fullscreens Positioning)
Fullscreen always on the leftmost monitor, other than that works fullscreen works fine
Had the problem with black screen and only sound. I followed cobolsam's (see entry below) suggestions and afterwards it worked again flawlessly under proton 7.0-4.
Experienced none of the mentioned issues by other reports.
Used Proton 5.13
Worked completely out of the box with no issues. Alt +Tab and Desktop Switching also without any problems

Needed to switch to dx11, didnt work with Proton Experimental for me
Running youtube on second monitor signifantly drops framerate. Other than that runs perfectly.

borderless didn't work
The Hero that is Glorious Eggroll fixed the low performance in the current versions of GEProton8-30+ From 11 FPS to now a stable 60 FPS with VSync. Haven't tried Fullscreen / Borderless with GEProton8-32 yet
Basic game without mods runs perfectly after fixing audio with winetricks when using GloriousEggroll Proton Fork.

I'm running this also with quite extensive modding, including SKSE. for that I use Nexus Mods in Lutris and there is some tinkering involved to get mods to run. I have not been able to get presets fpr racemenu to load or save. All other mods I tested run fine.
Sometimes game crashes right after loading, second or third try works and game runs normal after that
