As suggested in other reports but somewhat simpler:
Remove /xx/yy/SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/244210 folder from the library if it exists. Set proton version to 5.0-10 and press play (it will fail to launch)
Then run WINEPREFIX=/xx/yy/SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/244210/pfx winecfg
Select windows version Windows 7 when prompted
Now run protontricks 244210 dotnet472 IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME
Run the game on proton 5.0 first time then you can change to a newer (better performing one) if you want. Tested 8.0-5
Sometime happens that from main menu (default launcher) a race cannot be started and it goes back to main menu. A restart solves it

Noticed that Head Down Display of M2000C was black while HUD was fine. In AV8B both displays seemed fine
Once focus is changed away from game window, seems stuck and not possible to go back
On my Framework 16 at medium/medium-high settings in full hd can make 100 fps even though cooling fans go crazy, not sure if sustainable. Limited to 60 fps seems totally fine
