Black screen and crash with Proton Experimental, says that it's outaded with ProtonGE
The game has been running flawlessly ever since I installed it on my system, however when I tried to play this morning, it just displayed a black screen and crashed after about 20 seconds while I was trying to run it with Proton Experimental. After failing, I tried to use ProtonGE, the game started loading but it could not connect to the servers and claimed that it was outdated and that I should restart Steam, but even after that it didn't work. This issues only started happening when Easy Anti-Cheat was introduced to Brawlhalla, but yesterday it worked well even with the anti-cheat already integrated.
Surprisingly pleasing plug-and-play experience compared to other Gacha games.
I simply installed it from Steam and it's running wonderfully well in my RTX 2060 at max graphical settings, solid 60 FPS and no stutters whatsoever.
