Fullscreen needed manual refocus by clicking into Window
Need to Alt-Tab out of the Window to Alt-Tab back into the window
Bad looking fallback fonts
Schlechtaussehende Ersatzschriftart
Fixed font issue by installing SimHei font from Windows, or alternatively by setting a different replacement font. Required weird registry entry due to Chinese ASCII encoding. Used protontricks to access regedit.

Not something I'd call a "verified" experience, given that other "playable" titles had less graphic issues.
Loading screen doesn't fill the whole screen, leading to flickering and level geometry being visible while loading.
Does not autosave by default
Game physics are buggy on slopes, when a friend streamed the game to me from Windows this was not a problem.
Cars have a chance to flip around upon encountering a slope or to fall through ground.
Broken physics don't make it unplayable, but it certainly detracts from it.
Game consistently freezes in tutorial after using the generator (workbench, or whatever that is) for a few seconds.
NEAREST texture filtering makes textures look pixelated in menu. (Of course not a problem for the artistic pixels of the sprites during combat)
Freeze after watching Yu's first episode from P4A.
Some videos were missing, but played on the next day. Menu flickering (font and TVs) with Proton 7.0-1. One freeze with Proton 6.3-8. Intro video stopped playing after freeze. (Maybe the game has progressed and decided to show a different intro video, but for now it's not running anymore, I expect it to appear soon again however)
During videos which play sound is missing on Steam Deck.
Videos are probably not always playing
Sound in cutscenes not working
Heavy aliasing effects on fonts and "simple" shapes, such as the date or text box.
No multiplayer
Multiplayer not working on Linux anymore after update. "Failed to get Steam account inromation"
Sunny Meadows update appears to have broken multiplayer on Linux, unplayable online.
Worked fine prior to update.
Requires selecting a newer Proton version to play multiplayer.
Based on the current scene quite heavy FPS drops can occur
Audio had a ~30% of being distorted upon pausing and resuming
Occasional short freezes on Steam Deck
First time I started it, it crashed upon entering training. Subsequent starts no crashes occured.
After lowering the render resolution to around 80% and adjusting the resolution, it's an enjoyable experience.
Game crashes on startup
Apparently hits a breakpoint and triggers crash to debugger
Game crashes on long paths, is also an issue with Windows. Requires remount of drive with a shorter path/moving the file to a short er path.
Reading the many reviews here apparently most people do not have long UUID generated names for their drives. Thus they probably never encountered this issue.
Requires manual controller layout and ticking the appropriate boxes in a configurator that only shows question marks instead of Japanese symbols.
Other reviews have described the required adjustments.
Swapped A and X buttons, because in my opinion adjusting the speed and bombs are more important to be next to each other (and more often used).
Text is partially cut off on the top
The first time I tried to start the game, it was crammed into the top of the screen.
Needs correct configuration which is near impossible to setup unless you know what each box does without text.
Configurator only shows questions marks instead of Japanese Font
