Make sure "Proton EasyAntiCheat Runtime" is installed. The game did not install by itself and when joining a server I got an EasyAntiCheat integrity error. So I had to go to the library, switch from "games" to "tools" and install the runtime from there.

Overall (online):Good
Overall running very well, perhaps a bit better than on windows. On medium settings I got 70-80fps, but dipping a bit below 60fps in hectic scenes.
