Be careful V-Sync will make the game feel laggy. Normal gameplay is around 300 fps. Smooth experience after 3+ hours.

Customizations:

After using mf-install it works flawlessly.

It seems to hang due to needing to render a video on the splash screen using the MF DLL and the developer has been made aware of this issue. The developers have acknowledged the bug but have stated that it's not their top priority to fix.
