The game stretches the resolution since the Steam Deck is 16:10. You can adjust this by going to the game properties->general and game resolution and then selecting the 1280x720 resolution so it doesn't stretch.
In the settings menu switching from full screen to windowed multiple times will crash the game.
Everything works pretty well. I just made sure to adjust the resolution so it doesn't stretch as there aren't any options in the settings menu of the game.

In Fullscreen mode the game vertically stretches from 16:9 to 16:10, with no real change in window content. Not ideal for some details such as character portraits, but functionally a non-issue. Resolution can be easily changed to 16:9 through the properties menu.
Handles well, virtually no complaints.
If not the crashes - should be ok
