Completed the two tutorial missions on Steam Deck, works great - lots of potential for Hotkeys

Battery Performance:
Used per-game profile to get more battery life:
- Framerate Limit: 10 FPS, Refresh Rate: 40
- Half Rate Shading: Yes
- TDP Limit: Yes, Watts: 3
- Manual GPU Clock Control: Yes, GPU Clock Frequency: 200
- Scaling Filter: Linear
I imagine it's easier to use all of the hotkeys on PC, but the ones I needed most often during the tutorial were certainly easy enough to create.
