Without any setting or with disabled Esync it crashes with "DX11 feature level 10 is required to run the engine". Disabling DSd11 doesn't help: game shows Running, no warning is shown but nothing happens. It works once that "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%" is set in Launch Options. It seemed OK but I didn't got further than to the first tutorial mission due to overheating.
