Had to use experimental at the time of playing this but you may be able to use 9.0-3 onwards. Anything below that or experimental makes taking items from your inventory then using them on the main screen the item becomes invisiable.

I used protron 3.7-8 with other version the game closed when use a inventary object
Didn't work with Proton 5.x. Worked well with Proton 6.3.5

The mouse cursor has a black background box when it should be transparent.
I'm using this release of Proton because in newer ones the game crashes whenever I select any item.
Unknown(2+ hours with Proton)Mouse cursor and text should have transparent background, but it's black instead. Cannot type in character name when starting a new game. Both of these do not affect gameplay at all and are purely cosmetic in nature. Finished chapter 1, everything is running OK and playable.
