Controls do not work when re-launching game

Instability:Occasionally

Game is not as optimized as first game. Controls are not responsive after launching game again and I had to open and close control setup a few times to get it working. Game also crashed at a cutscenes. I launched game again and it started playing from cutscene successfully.
