As others stated, pressing any key on the black screen at start will start the game. Works great after that.

UPDATE: I have to press Space on the Black Screen and later in game I get 15-20FPS (Had to lower the graphics to get consistent framerate without stutter)

When I ran the game I got a black screen, after pressing a key I got into the menu set graphics at Ultra and started the campaign, ran pretty well at 60fps with occasional stutter.
