The game is resource heavy
The game is rather short, buy on a sale

Select a Proton version to force Windows build to download and install. Native Linux beta available but had audio issues
'linbeta' beta version provides native Linux binary, but this had severe audio issues (crackling, most sounds not playing) on an EndeavourOS install with PipeWire and WirePlumber. Windows version under Proton worked perfectly.
Very minor stuttering at times, but overall not a big issue.
The game worked perfectly when I use GloriousEggroll Proton.
Very fun.
Some lag, but not much
Fullscreen works as borderless, Borderless Is the same as minimized, sometimes i will have to go through the options twice.
A bit of lag
I had to go into the linbeta - beta mode, to install everything. You may have to install the spell checker pack, if you dont it will still work but the AI may be worse
Perfect performance
It's playable, but only on a powerful PC on low settings.
Game stutters on all but lowest graphics settings
I also tried the 'linbeta' opt-in beta, performance was better, but there was a constant audio crackling that made the game unplayable.
Might be a bit slower than native, but was perfectly playable on my system.
I managed a full playthrough but the performance did not make it enjoyable
No matter what graphic settings I had the game always ran poorly

Before installing 'Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool' to install the Windows version. In the game's control settings I did have to lower the mouse sensitivity.

There is a native Linux beta that you have to opt into that is out of the scope of this database, and would of course be changing. If you don't opt into the Linux beta then the game will not download anything and cause an error when trying to play.

This game will not download the Windows installation to a Linux machine because there is a functional native Linux beta under the beta menu. The beta has some rough edges, but is playable after configuring options.

Starts without a problem, but crashes after a few minutes (as soon as the combat phase itself begins)
