The game work absolutely flawlessly, alt+tab working correctly, with no issues. But 30 FPS lock is really annoying. I would choose the worst graphics in favor of smoothness and buy the game in gog. (gog version works absolutely the same + applied fov fix) Looks worse, but 120+ fps with no problem at all.
