Had some issues with text not appearing properly. Some sentences would not complete, and when I continued into the second patient's room, the text did not appear at all. Switching to Proton Experimental seems to have fixed the issue
Aside from the issues with text, there were no other issues that I had. It worked pretty much out the box. No audio issues or other technical issues that I could see.

Battery life was not great which seems odd for a game of this fidelity caliber.

Highly recommend this beautiful game on the Steam Deck, or any PC in fact. I will retest and update when any major patches are released.
