Works out of the box. Long loading on startup with UbiConnect.
PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1, PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%
Uplay Connect causes the bulk of issues when trying to play. Once that's installed and working, game runs just fine.
Runs perfectly, I didn't have any problems.
Did a complete play-through purely in Proton with an Xbox controller, no issues.
Works out of the box.
You may consider disabling Uplay overlay because its notifications tend to get "stuck" over the game window.
No issues
Uplay needs to update so you may need to exit and retry until it will login ok.
Can't move mouse to the bottom of the screen.

Runs perfectly.

Upon launching the game, uplay client got installed, logged into it, the game started running only in the background. I could see its service running in the background but the game never got launched. I did wait for a couple of minutes. Killed all the related processes, relaunched the game, but it still won't start. It just keeps running in the background.

Runs perfectly on 4.11.

Finally the game runs perfectly out of the box. No issues whatsoever.

In my experience:
Lutris 0.5.2,
Install NET 4.5 Wine prefix,
Uplay Offline mode,
Overlay off,
In game FPS 3057 and
In Menu or Training 4561

The game runs with DXVK but has many graphics issues (e.g. the models of the characters aren't seen). But after adding "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1" to the launch options those issues are gone. The performance is quite good (~30 fps on my non-gaming laptop), and I haven't run into any problems so far.

The game crashes approximately every ten minutes without an error message.

The game runs pretty much perfectly at 60 fps after the following trick to prevent Uplay client from updating (you have to run the game once in order to create the WINE prefix):
- Go to (your_steam_library_folder)/steamapps/compatdata/354380/pfx/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher.
- Open version.txt file and note the version number.
- Download this Uplay version: https://web.archive.org/web/20180927054350/http://ubi.li/4vxt9.
- Using winetricks or protontricks, uninstall Uplay and then install the version you've just downloaded ("Select the default wineprefix" > "Run uninstaller").
- Run the game. I give this one only a bronze rating, because once you've exited the game, you can't run it again (the game window opens, you hear an intro sound for a couple of seconds, then the window closes). The solution is to reinstall Uplay once more and then you can run the game.

Unplayable because the Uplay client is unable to connect to the server

Doesn't run because of the Uplay error. As it's impossible to play it without Uplay, it's currently unplayable.
