Some glitches when using DX11
Save data is deleted when the game is uninstalled. Steam Cloud is nominally supported, but not working (nothing is uploaded or downloaded).
Occasionally used Steam+L1 to enable magnifier to read small text like subtitles.
Enabled fullscreen, V-Sync, enabled DX11 (defaults to DX9), and changed Steam Deck refresh rate to 40Hz. With these settings, framerate was fairly smooth and looked great during gameplay.
Ran out of the box. Played a small battle. With DX11 i got ~80fps, with DX9 (OpenGL) ~50fps and with DX9 (D9VK) ~60fps.
Game now works perfectly out of the box. No need for tahoma or any workarounds. Plays at 60 fps cleanly on Extreme graphics. I did switch to DirectX 11 in settings, but DirectX 9 -seemed- to perform identically for the short span I used it.
Works without problems out of the box. The only issue is that it launches always minimized so you have to bring up the screen manually.

I also needed to set Proton 3.16-8, was borked with 4.2-2. Worked fine for me on 2k Ultra just like in Windows!
