Game runs, won't save or load.
That is probably more a problem with the game itself. Saving/Loading won't work if the "steam_autocloud.vdf" is inside the SaveGames folder (~/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/High School Musical 3/SaveGames/). Deleting this file while this game starts will allow you to use saves.

Works fine performance wise (a little wonky with the controls, the A button is used for the down notes and to activate the star power), but unfortunately it has a major issue trying to save and load up saves. This is more on the Steam version itself, as I own the original copy of the game, and it works fine. Hopefully this gets fixed at some point.
